We provide comprehensive strategic planning and assessment services to support sustainable land and natural resource management, economic development, climate adaptation and mitigation, and emergency response planning.
Grants, Partnership, and Business Development
Our team specializes in Indigenous engagement and stakeholder management, ensuring strong relationships and successful collaborations. We offer expertise in grant writing across municipal, provincial, and federal levels, as well as strategic workforce solutions and business development through our dedicated sales and solutions team.
Environmental
We support environmental compliance through monitoring, research, reporting, and site assessments (Phase I, II, III). Our expertise includes greenhouse gas (GHG) assessment and verification, as well as research initiatives that contribute to environmental sustainability and regulatory adherence.

Dr. Hughie Jones
Dr. Hughie Jones (PhD, Soil Science) is a proud member of the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation (ANSN), the founder and director of the Waka Mne Science and Culture Initiative, and the Chief Executive Officer of Whitestone Industry Services Ltd. He is passionate about integrating traditional and Western knowledge systems to develop strategic action plans, partnerships, projects, and education programs that empower Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities in the areas of water, food, energy, and land. Dr. Jones earned his MSc. and PhD. in Soil Science under Dr. Andrew Black with the Biometeorology and Soil Physics Group at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Committed to serving the Creator with values, integrity, and strong character, he dedicates his work to advancing sustainable solutions for future generations.
